Food is the fuel for every function life requires of us. When someone doesn’t know where their next meal is coming from, it’s more than just physical hunger. It becomes mental fatigue, emotional stress, and a barrier to progress.

It’s nearly impossible to apply for a job, focus in school, take care of your family, or even think clearly when you’re hungry. That constant worry drains the energy that could be used for healing, growing, or building a better life.
